Navigating the Mawqef App
This smart parking system allows drivers to seamlessly check parking fees and make payments through the “Mawqef” application, offering credit card and e-wallet payment options.
The Mawqef app serves as a comprehensive platform to view available parking spaces in real-time, check any outstanding fees associated with their registered license plates, and complete transactions seamlessly.
Flexible long-term parking plans, with subscriptions ranging from daily to yearly options, are also enabled to accommodate short-term visitors and long-term residents.
Additionally, the system integrates a 72-hour grace period for fee settlement, ensuring a fair and user-friendly approach.
